Common issues and fixes.
EA shows offline but I am trading
- Confirm MT5 is connected to the broker.
- Enable AutoTrading in MT5.
- Verify the license key in the EA inputs matches License & EA.
Dashboard numbers look stale
Reload the page. If values still look old, open License & EA → Sync now and wait a few seconds for catch-up.
Account binding rejected
- Use the exact account number from MT5 — leading zeros matter.
- Check you are within your plan account cap.
- If the account was recently removed, wait for the retention window before re-binding.
