Billing & subscriptions
Plan selection, changes, and subscription status.
Plans are activated in-app when you choose a tier during onboarding or from Settings → Subscription → Change plan.
Manage subscription
Settings → Subscription → Change plan opens the plan comparison modal to upgrade or switch tiers.
Plan changes
- Upgrades unlock features immediately.
- Downgrades start a 7-day grace window to reduce linked accounts.
- Cancellation keeps paid features until period end, then moves you to Core with data preserved.
Refunds
- Subscription refunds — reviewed case by case via support@riskmarshal.com.
- Duplicate or fraudulent charges — refundable when verified.
- Partial-month refunds — generally not provided; cancellation stops future renewals.
