Your discipline score reflects how well you followed the rules you set. It is built from four sub-scores — Risk, Execution, Emotional, and Consistency — each starting at 1,000 credits.
Credits go up and down
- Rule breaches deduct credits in the relevant sub-score.
- Achievements and clean streaks restore credits.
- Staying breach-free alone is not enough — positive behaviours matter too.
