How to use it
- Open Intelligence Coach from the sidebar.
- Ask about your week, a session, or a recurring discipline weakness.
- Use feedback buttons when a response was helpful — this improves relevance over time.
Daily message limits
- Core — 20 messages per day.
- Pro — 50 messages per day.
- Elite — unlimited.
